with respect to requirement 13:

Confirmation that each member of your team is a resident of New York City as of the time of entry or holds full time employment in New York City OR your organization was legally formed and maintains their primary place of business in New York City.

Just to clarify:: incorporated in delaware with primary place of business in nyc is OK, correct?

    Hi Robert,

    Thanks for your interest in Innovate Health Tech NYC. Please note that the requirement that you are referencing has been updated.

    The rules now state that the following teams and organizations are eligible for the challenge:

    (ii) teams of individuals where each individual team member is at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States, and where the majority of individual team members either reside in or are employed full time in New York City as of the time of entry and when the winners are announced; and

    (iii) corporations (including not-for-profit corporations and other nonprofit organizations), limited liability companies, partnerships, and other legal entities that, at the time of entry are legally formed, maintain an office location and employees in New York City, and employ no more than ten (10) people (“Organizations”).

    As long as your organization meets the requirements of (iii) above you should be fine.
